This project involved the construction of a new walk-out basement entrance in Logan, Utah. The goal was to create a functional and clean access point to the basement while maintaining structural integrity and a high-quality finish.

Our scope of work included relocating the AC unit, performing the full excavation, building new concrete footings, and pouring the foundation walls. We also handled cutting the existing window to create space for the new door, installing the door, and completing interior drywall repairs to match the existing finishes.

The project was completed efficiently and within a short timeframe, delivering a solid, clean, and functional result for the homeowner.
